Brother Dan writes:
I’ve had an amazing life, and made my living (for most of it) playing acoustic guitar, singing, and entertaining.
My career was interrupted by end-stage liver disease in 2009, followed by a six-year wait for a liver transplant. I received a life-saving liver transplant from an as-yet-anonymous donor in 2015.
Now cured of HepC and fully recovered from my ordeal, my perspective on life has changed, and to quote one of my favorite new original songs, I’ve “Got No Time (For Singin’ the Blues).” Yes, I still play some blues, but even the ballads I play are infused with an upbeat energy.
I hope that my story and my music assure you that you’re not alone in the challenges of life, help you find peace in your circumstances, and let you feel my love through the healing power of music.
